  • Client operating system
  • Country of originating web browser request
  • Referring website domain
• The Magic Lasso app for iOS and macOS does not collect or requestany personal information.
  • The app does not have access to information on any web pages orURLs you visit in Safari while the content blocking extension isinstalled. Safari manages the blocking of ads and user trackersvia a content blocking list provided by Magic Lasso to theSafari app.
  • While running the Magic Lasso app on iOS, the operating systemmay record App Analytics(https://developer.apple.com/app-store/app-analytics/)that are available to Magic Lasso via iTunes Connect.   • When paying for a Magic Lasso Pro subscription we may collectthe email address associated with the subscription in order toprovide support.
  • When adding a site to the whitelist, Magic Lasso Pro subscribersmay optionally choose to also submit the site to Magic Lasso.When doing so, only the website domain name (not the full URL)and a generated hash of that domain name is submittedanonymously to the Magic Lasso servers. No personallyidentifiable information is included with the submission. Fordomains that are frequently submitted, both the hash and domainname are stored on Magic Lasso servers. For infrequent domainsubmissions, only the domain hash is stored on Magic Lassoservers. Anonymous submission of whitelisted sites enablesongoing improvement to the Magic Lasso adblocking rules for allusers.

When we collect Personal Information we will, where appropriate andwhere possible, explain to you why we are collecting the information andhow we plan to use it.

Sensitive Information

Magic Lasso does not collect any sensitive information.

End-User License Agreement (EULA) of Magic Lasso

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement betweenyou and BentoCorp.

This EULA agreement governs your acquisition, Pro subscription purchase(“Subscription”) and use of our Magic Lasso software (“Software”)through the Apple App Store or Mac App Store (“App Store”).

Please read this EULA agreement carefully before installing, subscribingand using the Magic Lasso software. It provides a license to use theMagic Lasso software, Pro features via a subscription purchase andcontains warranty information and liability disclaimers.

If you use the free version of Magic Lasso, this EULA agreement willalso govern that usage. By installing the Magic Lasso software, you areconfirming your acceptance of the Software and agreeing to become boundby the terms of this EULA agreement.

If you are entering into this EULA agreement on behalf of a company orother legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bindsuch entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions. If you donot have such authority or if you do not agree with the terms andconditions of this EULA agreement, do not install or use the Software,and you must not accept this EULA agreement.

This EULA agreement shall apply only to the Software supplied byBentoCorp herewith regardless of whether other software is referred toor described herein. The terms also apply to any BentoCorp updates,supplements, Internet-based services, and support services for theSoftware, unless other terms accompany those items on delivery. If so,those terms apply.

License Grant

BentoCorp hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusivelicence to use the Magic Lasso software on your devices in accordancewith the terms of this EULA agreement.

You are permitted to install the Magic Lasso software (for example ontoa Mac, iPad or iPhone) under your control. You are responsible forensuring your device meets the minimum requirements of the Magic Lassosoftware.

You are not permitted to:

• Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate or otherwise change the wholeor any part of the Software nor permit the whole or any part of theSoftware to be combined with or become incorporated in any othersoftware, nor decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer theSoftware or attempt to do any such things
• Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell or otherwise use the Softwarefor any commercial purpose
• Allow any third party to use the Software on behalf of or for thebenefit of any third party
• Use the Software in any way which breaches any applicable local,national or international law
• use the Software for any purpose that BentoCorp considers is abreach of this EULA agreement

Intellectual Property and Ownership

BentoCorp shall at all times retain ownership of the Software asoriginally downloaded by you and all subsequent downloads of theSoftware by you. The Software (and the copyright, and other intellectualproperty rights of whatever nature in the Software, including anymodifications made thereto) are and shall remain the property ofBentoCorp.

BentoCorp reserves the right to grant licences to use the Software tothird parties.

Pro Subscriptions

If you purchase a Subscription to enable Magic Lasso Pro features, youagree and understand that:

• The subscription is for the period and price presented in theSoftware at time of confirmation of purchase
• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation ofpurchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off atleast 24-hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the endof the current period, with the cost of the renewal as per theoriginally presented subscription price
• Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off bygoing to your Account Settings on your device after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will beforfeited when a subscription is purchased, where applicable
• Features, content and services provided by the Subscription may bealtered, modified, removed or changed at any time at the completediscretion of BentoCorp

Termination

This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use theSoftware and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it atany time upon written notice to BentoCorp.

It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any termof this EULA agreement. Upon such termination, the licenses granted bythis EULA agreement will immediately terminate and you agree to stop allaccess and use of the Software. The provisions that by their naturecontinue and survive will survive any termination of this EULAagreement.

Governing Law

This EULA agreement, and any dispute arising out of or in connectionwith this EULA agreement, shall be governed by and construed inaccordance with the laws of Australia.
